Stephen G. Everall has practiced construction law, civil rights law, school law, labor and employment law in Colorado for 50 years. In the area of construction law, he primarily represents general contractors, subcontractors, and owners/public agencies involving public and private (commercial and residential) projects. He also represents school districts including Littleton Public Schools in areas concerning school law. Mr. Everall has been an arbitrator for over 30 years and handles construction cases for the American Arbitration Association.
