Megan Brooks maintains a practice in the areas of education and employment law. She represents school districts and municipalities in matters involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and Title IX, among other state discrimination and accessibility statutes.

After earning her law degree, Megan worked in Washington, DC. She monitored conditions of confinement for inmates with serious mental illnesses, enforced ADA design and construction accessibility for national corporations, and practiced special education law. Prior to joining the firm, Megan worked in-house in a Denver metro-area school district where she served as the District’s Title IX/Nondiscrimination Coordinator and Staff Attorney.
