Mary is an experienced and effective litigation attorney in the areas of employment and education law. Mary’s current practice focuses on complex issues under various laws including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act; the Americans with Disabilities Act; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act; the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act; and Title IX, among others. Mary has successfully obtained defense verdicts for her clients in numerous jury trials, has extensive experience with motions practice, and has participated in numerous high stakes settlement negotiations. Mary is driven by her passion and enthusiasm for public education and her belief in the public school system.
